UAT
User acceptance testing. The moment real users confirm the system supports the actual process, not the imagined one.
UAT is where the configured system meets the people who will live in it, running realistic scenarios end to end. It routinely finds what scripted functional testing cannot: the missing status, the awkward handoff, the report nobody can actually read.
Under CSA thinking, well-run UAT with a lightweight record is first-class assurance evidence for lower-risk functions. The narrative of what was tried, observed and concluded often proves more than a thirty-step script ever did.
